WALKING CLUB

Whether you are just starting or a seasoned walker join us on Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm in front of DeMattia Medical Group, 5500 W.Vliet St. Children welcome with guardian.

YOGA

Stretch your stress and your body with yoga.  All levels and shapes welcome. Learn stretches, poses, and meditation techniques from certified yoga instructors in a welcoming ernvironment  Wednesday at 6:45pm

WELLNESS BASICS

This six week wellness sampler will address the importance of sleep, setting obtainable goals, mindful eating, sugar blues, reading a food label, and the basics of exercise.  We will have discussions that address your issues and questions.

NUTRITION MATTERS

Join us for an interactive six week course focusing on nutrition.  Our dietitian will teach you label reading, portion distortion, meal planning and a cooking class. You will also be challenged to stay within budget while choosing healthy foods with a fieldtrip to the grocery store.  Also included is a dietary evaluation of where you are at now and steps to get where you want to be!  $90.00/six weeks

 

WHAT MOVES YOU?

Not sure about which exercise suits you?  Try this sampler to find out!  Porsche Carmon, Personal Trainer, will guide you through a variety of exercises to help you find your favorite!  The weeks will include yoga, free weights/circuit training, pilates, kick boxing, urban funk, and more! $90.00/six weeks

 

MEDITATION

Let Ann Noonan teach you how to meditate.  She comes with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge about meditation. Learn to release stress and fill yourself with renewed energy.    $60.00/six weeks

 

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress has been linked to illness and disease.  With the techniques and information you will learn in the class, you can discover how to manage your stress.  Join Jonathan Ferris, Diplomate of Acupuncture, as he teaching you about massage, Qi Gong, and acupuncture.  Also learn time management techniques, goal setting, and breathing exercises. $90.00/six weeks
